At our core, we approach every acquisition as a long-term hold with a defensive cash flow strategy. We are focused on protecting investor capital and maximizing current yield. Every strategic decision contemplates longevity, consistency and protection of investor capital. We target assets in strong school districts with high organic rent growth potential, operational upside and/or value-add component.

At Breakwall, our core values revolve around defensive cash flow investments that prioritize the protection of principal above all else. Our strategy involves using low-leverage debt to acquire high-quality assets in supply-constrained submarkets with below-market rents. By focusing on maximizing debt coverage, cash yield, and controlling controllable expenses, we aim to mitigate risks and deliver exceptional returns for our investors.
